Lorraine, Chris and Molly, our dog, look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful home Pukeruru.

Pukeruru is maori for morepork hill. Morepork is the native owl that can be heard at night calling from the bush surrounding our home. Superbly situated in Kingsley heights you will enjoy the views over Upper Hutt city and the surrounding bush from the privacy of the spa pool or while just relaxing with a glass of wine. Located beside one of the many walking tracks of Upper Hutt, even the non walker may be tempted to amble the short distance to the lookout at the top of the hill

We offer two bedrooms, one with a king size bed the other two singles, private lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, separate bathroom and toilet all located upstairs which is exclusively set aside for quests. All these rooms have fantastic valley views.

We also offer complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival and continental breakfast in the morning.

Enjoy the communal home theatre lounge with 65 inch plasma TV and surround sound, perfect for watching sport and movies.

Massage chair and spa pool compliment your stay.

We enjoy meeting and talking to new people and look forward to making your aquaintance. If you would like to have a cuppa and a chat with us we would be delighted. Come down and meet our little dog. Be warned, she may wear you out with requests to throw the ball. If you don't want to, that is fine, we will always respect your privacy.
